Do not send detailed private testimony in a first email. Begin with the subject and the kind of participation you want. Consent, permitted use, attribution or anonymity, review rights, compensation, and safeguarding need discussion first.
This site does not offer a secure evidence-upload portal. Ordinary email should not be treated as an encrypted vault or a confidential attorney-client channel.
