Speaking out, writing letters, and being familiar with the talking points
are among the best actions in response to the new Northwestern study and the New
York Times article/headline. Activist organizations such as FAIR note your
comments have more impact if you maintain a polite tone; that may sound logical
if wimpy, and the urgent to rant and vent is strong, but when trying to win over
a foe or show people and institutions the errors of their ways, kindness works
